You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable as well.
